The Consultation
You have made your appointment. You are in my clinic.
Now what?
I ask you to fill out a form with medical questions and state your current physical condition. I will
ask you if there are any areas we need to avoid during your massage, such as surgeries, skin conditions, unhealed cuts or
burns, muscle injuries and so on.
The form you fill out prior to the beginning of your massage has a drawing of
the body with front and back views. On that drawing there are darkened areas. I do not touch those areas.
I will
ask you questions regarding your reasons for wanting a massage, and how I can help you.
The draping I use will
prevent any exposure of the genitals or the gluteal cleft during the massage.
The following pictures show the areas
massaged.
Enjoy your massage. The better you are able to relax the better your massage will be.

Your massage will begin with some introductory
strokes to your back. These strokes help you to get used to my touch, and are the ones I use to apply lotion. As
I increase pressure with each stroke, I listen with my hands to what your muscles are telling me. This way I discover where
the tension is, how tight the knots are, how resistive they will be, and what you prefer as far as pressure.

Your massage will take place on this table. There is a heater on the table to make you feel
cozy and warm. It also helps to relax the muscles to prepare them for my massage strokes. Note the sheets. The top sheet
is to protect your modesty...a very high priority to me. If you are comfortable and feel secure, your massage will be
much better.
